No Stress Cape Cod is an out growth of a classwork offered by Cape Cod Healthcare's Cardio Rehab 15 week course to rebuild, renew, and understand and acknowledge that STRESS is the a major cause to heart attacks! Cape Cod Healthcare Centers for Behavioral Health OT Occupational Therapist participated in our weekly lectures, and we learned so many simple strategies that I wanted it to continue as well as share this on an open public blog.  Our goal is for the many who may benefit from this information may have a reverence point for on-going continuing education of the various methods for centering and "loosing the stress" techniques!   Thanks to our instructor and guild,  Manny Marrero MOT, OTR/L.
